Aimee is the Director of Sales and Operations at Bar-K Consulting, where she will oversee the firm’s sales strategies, operational efficiency, and overall growth initiatives. With over 15 years in business for self, Aimee brings a wealth of expertise in driving business performance, optimizing operational workflows, and cultivating strong client relationships.
In her role, Aimee leads cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving organizational goals. By combining data-driven decision-making with a customer-centric approach, they ensure that Bar-K Consulting continues to provide top-tier consulting services and drives measurable results.
Before joining Bar-K Consulting, Aimee owned and operated her own businesses, where she successfully managed sales teams, streamlined operational processes, and helped the businesses scale in highly competitive markets. Aimee is passionate about aligning sales and operations to create synergies that foster long-term client satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Outside of work, you will see Aimee on the dance floor as a competitive Latin Dancer, her passion, drive and determination are all assets that translate into her role at Bar-K Consulting. Born just outside of Saskatoon on a farm and educated at the University of Saskatchewan. Aimee is community focused and has been recognized with a National Philanthropic Award for her volunteer work. Aimee is excited to continue the work within the communities that Bar-K Consulting has been so proud to give back to.
